Summer Arts

What is the Summer Arts Program?

The Summer Arts Program is an opportunity for students to spend a few hours each week learning to explore different artistic mediums.  Each week will feature a different instructor with a variety of projects. 

Program sponsors include City of Pine City, Community Education, Pokegama Township and Pine Center for the Arts.

Who can attend Summer Arts?

Open to students that have completed Grades K-6.  Priority placement is given to students in the Pine City School District as 100% of the funding for this free program has been contributed by businesses & organizations in this region. 

When does the program run?

• June 21-24 with Ally Chromey
• June 28-July 1 with Peg Skalicky
• July 12-15 with Rosalie Spahr

All classes are Monday-Thursday. Students who have completed grades K-3 will meet at 9-10:30 am; students who have completed grades 4-6 will meet at 10:30 am-12 pm.
