Pasta 101 Class – November 15

In this class you will learn how to make pasta by hand with a basic and delicious recipe you can replicate over and over.
This class will involve mixing the dough and shaping the dough into spaghetti type noodles. We will not be cooking in this class! You will bring your pasta home and be able to cook it for dinner that night. You will get a dough knife/bench scraper to take home as a gift for when you make pasta again!
Please bring a wood cutting board, a sharp knife, a rolling pin, and a large tupperware to bring your fresh pasta home.
You will want an apron as this class can get messy!
Please let us know asap what you cannot bring from the above list so we can provide it for you.
