Choose your project—will it be a vibrant suncatcher, a charming nightlight, or a pair of whimsical garden stakes? The possibilities are as limitless as your imagination!
Led by glass artist Shawnda Schelinder, you’ll learn the basics of cutting glass and discover a little bit of the science behind the mesmerizing art of glass fusing. You’ll play with an array of fun extras like stringers, nuggets, and frit to bring your vision to life.
For safety’s sake, pants and closed-toe shoes are a must (we don’t want any close encounters with stray glass!) Safety glasses are provided, but feel free to bring your own stylish pair if you’d like. Students aged 12-15 are welcome to join the fun with a registered adult. Space is limited to just 8 participants, so grab your spot and let’s make some glass magic!
Students may be able to complete a second project for an additional fee if time allows.
