Cookie cutters, roving and special felting needles are used to make these charming wool ornaments . This craft uses a long, thin needle with barbs at the tip. When you poke the needle into and out of the wool, the barbs mix the wool fibers together until it becomes dense and matted together. Buttons and floss are added to finish ornaments.
