Pine Center for the Arts welcomes Bonnie Carlson for our first gallery event of the new year and invites the community to explore the whimsical wonder of her art.
Twin Cities painter Carlson has been creating art for many years and draws her inspiration nature, animals, and vacations. Utilizing acrylics and watercolors, her folk art style will delight and inspire visitors to enjoy the world of color.
Bonnie Carlson’s gallery opens with an artist’s reception on Friday, January 6 from 4-7pm. Beverages & light appetizers will be served. The gallery is free and open to the public. The gallery will continue throughout the month of January. Regular gallery hours are 10 am-5 pm, Thursday-Sunday.
Following the opening, Carlson will conduct a Creative Canvas class where she will guide students in creating their own 12” X 16” canvas painting. Details can be found at www.pinecenter.org.

Located in Pine City, the Pine City Center for the Arts has been serving the Great Pine City area since 2009.
