Local Artists Offer Unique Gifts at Holiday Madness

Those looking for one of kind and hand-crafted gifts this holiday season need to visit the Pine Center for the Arts’ Snowflake Gallery. Celebrate the holiday season and support the local arts. It’s easy to find something for everyone with prints, jewelry, home décor and fiction by local authors available.

Look for art from local artists and authors Nan Grubbs, John Kay, Lois Lapp,  Shawnda Schelinder, Barb Schlichting, Amber Shuey and Peg Skalicky.

During Holiday Madness, the Pine Center for the Arts will offer extended sale hours, 10 a.m.-7 p.m., plus free holiday refreshments. Schlichting will also be on hand to sign copies of her latest mystery, “Dolley Madison: The Blood Spangled Banner.”

The Snowflake Gallery will be open Tuesdays-Thursdays, 3-6 p.m. and Saturdays, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. through December 17.
